I'm Simona founder of Grounding Energies, a luxury mobile wellness service in Ibiza dedicated to deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and holistic body healing.
With almost 15 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, i specialised in deep tissue massage, Traditional Thai massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, acupressure and energy balancing treatment delivered directly to your villa, yatch, retreats and luxury hotels across Ibiza island.
My approach combines Eastern healing traditions with intuitive body therapy to release muscular tension, emotional stress and energetic blocages while restoring balance between body and mind.
Over the years, I developed my own holistic method, the Release Therapy terapeutic massage, a deeply grounding treatment, designed to help recipients reconnect with themselves through conscious touch, muscolar release, nervous system reset and deep terapeutic bodywork.
